New products/features

This year, SugarCRM deepened their partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and released their new SugarCloud offering – Sugar Market, Sugar Sell & Sugar Serve. These new cloud-based solutions provide customers better licensing options, allowing organisations to differentiate the most important features for each different department making up their business. Sugar also released a number of innovative new features and products this year, intended to boost their core offerings such as –  Sugar Discover (Advanced Analytics) and Sugar Connect (Improved Email Integration/Connectivity).

These new features helped to position Sugar as the most innovative CRM solution on the market this year. The team behind Sugar have spared no expense in innovation this year – as a result, Sugar picked up a number of awards and accolades to add to their achievements.

Going into 2020, Sugabyte are entering a growth period, our customers can expect more dedicated support agents to support your users and more expert SugarCRM developers to build the functionality your business requires.

In January 2020, you will notice a completely new look to Sugabyte.com, better navigation and more valuable information and resources to help you get the most out of Sugar.

SugarCRM will continue to stick to their promise of continuous cloud innovation in 2020 and beyond. Customers can expect to see improvements across the board of new features as well as version updates for customers on Sugar Professional and Sugar Enterprise with new version releases due in Spring 2020. We look forward to updating you on the latest releases as and when they are announced.

Exciting Announcement

During 2019 we have built and developed a number of bespoke tools/add-ons to increase the functionality of Sugar for our customers. These tools focus on improving efficiency, productivity, integration and security of your SugarCRM system. As a result, we are excited to announce, we will be launching a brand new online ‘SugaStore’ offering these feature rich tools/add-ons to all customers in 2020.
